US Warns China of Israeli Attacks if is Iran Not Stopped
Thursday, November 26, 2009 at 11:36PM Once again, a sobering sign, another warning that life as we've known it is about to change... and change radically.
From the Washington Post, Thursday, November 26th.

Two senior members of the Obama administration visited China on a "special mission" several weeks ago to convince Chinese leaders that unless they begin to support tougher actions against Iran's renegade nuclear program, Israel could be expected to launch pre-emptive air strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities, The Washington Post reported on Thursday.
Presidential advisor Dennis Ross led the delegation which told their Chinese hosts that if Beijing does not support America's diplomatic and economic attempts to rein in Tehran, then Israel would be more likely to launch military strikes. Jerusalem sees Iran's nuclear program as an "existential issue" and "countries that have an existential issue don't listen to other countries," the pair of diplomats reportedly warned in the week ahead of US President Barack Obama’s own visit to China.
The Americans also stressed that if Israel bombs Iran, the results on world oil prices and other regional problems would be severe, and lead to devastating problems for the entire world.
Russia and China have stymied several attempts by Western powers to curtail Iran, but that appeared to be changing this week as six world powers put together a resolution critical of Iran's nuclear program earlier this week at the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna. The resolution will be reported to the UN Security Council and indicates a growing willingness on behalf of Russia and China to cooperate against Iran, in large part due to the exposure of the secret enrichment plant at Qom.
Meanwhile, the IAEA's outgoing chief Mohamed ElBaradei said Thursday that his probe of allegations that Iran was trying to produce nuclear arms is at "a dead end" because Tehran is not cooperating. ElBaradei voiced rare criticism of Tehran for not accepting an internationally endorsed plan meant to delay its ability to make such weapons, and said confidence in Iran's leaders had shrunk since the secret nuclear facility was exposed last month, putting Iran "outside the law."
"We have effectively reached a dead end, unless Iran engages fully with us," he told the IAEA board of governors. Besides the secret Qom site, the agency also now suspects that Tehran has dabbled in military nuclear development, including missile-delivery systems and tests of explosives that could serve as atom-bomb detonators.
ElBaradei, whose term ends in four days, has been widely faulted for taking too soft a line on Iran's defiant atomic program.

Note the following two important points in this report: (1) "The Americans also stressed that if Israel bombs Iran, the results on world oil prices and other regional problems would be severe, and lead to devastating problems for the entire world," and (2) "Besides the secret Qom site, the agency also now suspects that Tehran has dabbled in military nuclear development, including missile-delivery systems and tests of explosives that could serve as atom-bomb detonators."
I hope you are ready for the change that's about to come. And, if not, you'd better start getting ready now!
