How NOT to Prepare (or Conditon) Yourself for the Coming Darkness

I think it only prudent to let you know that, in the spirit of full-disclosure, this is NOT how to prepare (or condition) yourself for the tough times that are coming.

I think this video will pretty much say all that needs to be said about this subject.
